During this comprehensive initial assessment, we will aim to get as much useful information as possible to give you the best possible advice for your own personal goals.
So, we will be looking at and analysing your:

And we will be providing you with:
- personally tailored dietary advice
- physical activity and lifestyle recommendations
- personalised supplement recommendations
- resources and handouts relevant to your personal goals
*this can be taken at our physical office in Limassol
fOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONs
At the end of your Initial Assessment, we will book you in for your follow-up consultation where we will catch up on how your initial changes are going and see what we can do to refine your care plan further.
It is with these follow-up consultations that you can keep on track with your goals and have regular contact with me for ongoing support.
Follow-up packages are available where you can pre-book a certain amount of follow-up consultations for a discounted price.
